FAQ's

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

 

Monday—Sunday 09.00am—21.00pm, depending on availability.

Cleaners must not be on the clients property after 23:00 for safety reasons.

Please understand that at busy times we may not be able to do last minute appointments so recommend you book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
 

DO YOU HAVE AGE RESTRICTIONS? 

 

Yes, we operate on a strictly over 25’s rule for staff and clients alike. ID will be required for proof of age when booking.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES? 

​

We offer £20 off your first booking. This will be deducted from the final cost and show on your confirmation.

 

Pricing is per hour, min booking 2 hours

(online appointments are bookable by the 1 hour)

MAIDS

  • £50 clothed cleaning  companion (see our website for more info)

  • £80 lingerie

  • £90 topless

  • £100 fully nude

BUTLERS​

  • £50 clothed cleaning  companion / butler / handyman (see website for more info)

  • £60 topless (pants / micro apron and bow tie)

  • £70 nude (fully nude, bow tie optional)

 

If you live more than a 30 minute journey from your maid we may charge additional travel fees.

 

If you live in London and within the congestion zone we will add these costs to the final booking fee. These will be minimal and discussed with you for approval at time of booking.


 

WHY DO YOU CHARGE THESE RATES?

 

The Cheeky Cleaning Company is a “step up” compared to many other naked cleaning companies who act as an online booking platform never meeting the staff or speaking to the clients. We deal with each inquiry individually and personally, offering a tailored service, a superior clean, gorgeous staff and excellent customer service. 

 

We hand select only the most sophisticated, reliable and professional maids who are immaculately groomed and who have charming, friendly personalities that reflect the Cheeky brand.  

 

We pride ourselves on our five star reputation and work hard to uphold this and to stand out from our competitors.

DO YOU OFFER ANY EXTRA SERVICES LIKE LAP DANCES OR DIRTY TALK? 

 

We do not offer any sexual "extras" of any kind. We do not do lap dances, dirty talk or touch ourselves or our clients. In terms of additional services, we do offer a clothed / casual cleaning and companion service if you just want someone to spend time with, go shopping with or walk the dog. 

 

We can also cater to fantasy dress such as stockings, naughty nurses or sexy secretaries etc so just ask if you have any requests and we will do our best to fulfil them...


 

CAN I BE NAKED TOO?

Yes you can! A lot of our clients enjoy the freedom of being able to strip off as well and this is completely fine as long as you respect the maids personal space. We promote body confidence and want you to feel completely comfortable and good about yourself.

CAN I TOUCH MY CLEANER?

 

You cannot touch your cleaner as we have a strict “no touch” policy.

If this happens the cleaner reserves the right to remove themselves from the property immediately and report the incident. We do not offer any sexual services and inappropriate advances will be reported.


 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET EXCITED?

 

This is fine and totally natural so don’t worry if you get excited .

Our professional staff understands this can happen so please just respect their personal space and the "no touching" rule so both parties can enjoy some good clean fun and get the most out of the experience.

 

We ask that you do not masturbate during the appointment as this can be intimidating and is not permitted.


 

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS?

 

No. Photography or video recording is not permitted while your cleaner works and is on your property. This is against our confidentiality policies and we ask that you respect our maids privacy in the same way that we respect and protect yours.


 

BOOKING RULES & CANCELLATIONS

 

You will be sent a booking form once you have made an enquiry which will need to be completed in full along with a copy of one form of ID and deposit in order to confirm the booking. Please note that the appointment will not be guaranteed until all of this information is returned. 

 

It is no problem to amend your booking time if needed, but please give us as much notice as possible and keep in mind that we can get quite busy so time slots can go fast.

We hope you understand that to avoid time wasters and cancellations which impact our earnings and schedules, we implement a deposit % per booking. This is a DEPOSIT AND NOT A BOOKING FEE so it will be deducted from your final fee on the day and is NOT an extra added charge. If you can give us over 24 hours notice we will happily transfer your deposit to a booking for another day but cancellations within 24 hours will be non transferable and non refundable. 

 

You will receive a receipt for your deposit payment.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the appointment, we will immediately refund your deposit in full unless you wish to transfer the booking. As above, if you do need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible so we can rearrange you booking and you can transfer the deposit.  

 

HOW DO I PAY?

 

Please pay the deposit by bank transfer in advance and the remainder in cash to your cleaner on their arrival. 

Online Zoom booking payments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We will send you the transfer details when we have confirmed your appointment.

 
 

CAN ANYONE ELSE BE PRESENT AT THE PROPERTY FOR THE BOOKING?

 

No, only yourself should be present unless otherwise agreed prior to the booking. If our cleaner arrives and there is more than one person present  and this has not been agreed then they will have to leave immediately for safety reasons and you will be charged the full booking fee.

 

*It is possible to book for more than one person if done in advance. If you would like to discuss a couples booking or a +1 then please flag this at the time of booking so we can arrange this safely together.

DO I PROVIDE CLEANING MATERIALS?

 

Yes please. Due to a number of safety reasons (allergies, covid etc) we ask that you please supply your own cleaning materials and equipment. We also always bring our own gloves and masks.

DO YOU DO DEEP CLEANS ?

 

No we do not do deep cleans due to the fact that the products and equipment needed is not safe to use when nude or partially clothed. We do not deep clean bins, fridges, cookers or toilets other than on the outside  


 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY APPOINTMENT?

 

Expect to have a lot of fun, to feel at ease and to really enjoy the experience.
